Meditative painting with friends: next session tba
The images above give you an idea of the type of art Ingerlene has experimented with and bits of inspiration she finds everywhere. In her classes, Frick uses lessons from her own journey to inspire you on yours. ("Can't wait to share!!" says Ing.)
Frick is a professional member of the International Association of Expressive Art Therapy and a practicing artist in the Kansas City Area, based in Parkville, MO. #joywins is where she's currently sharing her own journey (on instagram & facebook)

When we create, we grow. When we try new things, we move forward. When we take matters into our own hands, we can gain some traction and sense of control.
Ingerlene Frick will soon offer in-person classes that combine meditation, play, letting go & taking control. Her series of "...through Art" classes are restorative, peaceful & fun.
Think somewhere between Pinot's Palette and Art Therapy.
At the end of a workshop, you will have a unique expression of you. And with Frick's guidance, you can make that expression as beautiful or angry or silly as you want. No judgement.
Joy Wins Workshops add to your wellbeing just as yoga, meditation & massage might do. It is not meant to replace psychological or medical help. It is a release, a place in which you can be you - on paper - however you want to be.
