Peace-filled creativity & mindful art-making. In this workshop, we'll choose a word or simple phrase to help focus our attention, to help us to be mindful and present. We'll breathe that word in and out as we draw the letters and create patterns around, in or of them. Before we choose a word, we'll reflect upon and allow a word to come to us, as we do some mark-making exercises.
Unplug from the world for a little while to let your heart & mind wander. Slow down in a judgement-free zone in which you’ll be guided as much or as little as you need that day.
What you create may unconsciously reveal something to you about your own joy or troubles - or it could simply become a reminder to make time for joy.
