Peace-filled creativity & mindful art-making. In this workshop, we'll focus on geometric shapes, created in an organic, flowing grid. Our minds focus as we "build" and we'll allow ourselves to reflect upon our shared building blocks - in relationships, in our needs, in our wishes. Before we choose a shape and direction, we'll do some mark-making exercises and breathe in the wisdom that our inner voice is whispering.
Unplug from the world for a little while to let your heart & mind wander. Slow down in a judgement-free zone in which you’ll be guided as much or as little as you need that day.
What you create may unconsciously reveal something to you about your own joy or troubles - or it could simply become a reminder to make time for joy.
Led by artist & holistic health coach Ingerlene Frick.
